What You’ll Do
As a Team Member, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our services, consistently aligning with our Core Values and living the Westview Co-op brand. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Adhering to and promoting Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program
  • Delivering professional, people-first Guest service, embodying our “You’re at Home Here” brand promise
  • Performing general fuel deliveries in a safe and timely manner
  • Dispensing fuel in accordance with safety and operational standards
  • Assisting with preload planning to ensure efficient delivery routes
  • Fertilizer/Seed Delivery
  • Conducting light truck maintenance as needed
  • Lifting and handling materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Supporting other projects and assignments as required to support team success

Who You Are
We are seeking a positive, approachable, and motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow. This is a part-time, as-needed position to support holiday coverage and peak seasonal demands, particularly during seeding and harvest. Availability for weekends and shift work is required as needed. The ideal candidate will embody our core values of Integrity, Community, and Teamwork, and demonstrate the following:

  • A professional, people-first approach to guest service
  • Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 or Class 1 Driver’s License (Class 1 preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with liquid hauling is considered an asset

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 3 or Class 1 Driver’s License (Class 1 preferred)
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
  • Clean Driver’s Abstract
  • Availability required during seeding and harvest seasons, including weekends and shift work and holiday coverage.
