Seeking an experienced residential Housekeeper for a home located in Dunbar / Southland area. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the residence. This position is live-out. Schedule : Monday to Thursday 8am-2pm. Compensation : $24-$30 per hour based on experience Perks : Room for advances, bonuses based on performance Start date : November 25th, 2024The family has one friendly dog who does not require care. No cooking is required. Three children are in school full time and no child care is required. Duties

• Daily housekeeping to include dusting, vacuuming, making beds, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, washing floors
• Daily laundry, ironing and steaming, following family’s color coding system to ensure items are put away in proper rooms (Attention to washing instructions and appropriate care for particular fabrics is imperative)
• Trash and recycling management
• Cleaning of outdoor kitchen during summer months
