Reporting directly to an experienced CFO, you’ll take ownership of full-cycle accounting, prepare property P&Ls, and create insightful internal reports. You’ll supervise one Accounts Payable Staff and collaborate closely with Property Managers to review expenses, investigate variances, and ensure financial precision. Additionally, you’ll act as the in-house expert on the Yardi system, leveraging its tools to streamline processes and enhance reporting. Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 10+ years of full-cycle accounting experience required
• Background in the real estate or property management industry
• Experience with Yardi or similar ERP systems
• Some team-leading experience would be an asset
• Technology-savvy – advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables)
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical and a strong business mindset
• Highly organized, and capable of independent work
• Adaptable to dynamic and changing environments
