Provider File Processor

Job Description
The main function of the Provider File Processor is to process provider referrals within time service and achieve quality standards.
Accountabilities :
- Process Workflow and webform referrals following established guidelines
- Validate provider eligibility according to set protocols: this will require additional investigation including telephone contact with providers and/or appropriate Regulatory bodies and Associations
- Ensure provider eligibility and information is maintained on the provider database
Qualifications and Competencies :
- Strong keyboarding skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Well-developed customer service skills, demonstrated through speaking with internal and external clients
- Strong organizational skill
- Able to maintain a quick pace while providing accurate results
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word would be an asset
- Bilingual French/English is an asset
