We’re working with a highly respected Real Estate company in Burlington. As a leader in their industry, they’re seeking a & Client Acquisition to lead their digital marketing efforts and help drive growth.
Position Overview
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for the sales team. You’ll oversee the entire client journey, from content creation to client retention, while reporting key results to the CEO. Your focus will be on supporting the company’s growth by driving digital marketing performance across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Marketing Team : Manage and support a team focused on driving client acquisition.
- External Partnerships : Work with agencies and partners to expand digital capabilities.
- Campaign Management : Drive performance across platforms like META (Facebook / Instagram), Google, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
- New Digital Trends : Stay on top of emerging platforms and trends to reach new audiences.
- Track Metrics : Monitor KPIs like cost per lead, ROI, and engagement, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Website Optimization : Improve company websites with a focus on SEO and client engagement.
- Content Creation : Develop high-quality content that attracts leads and strengthens the brand.
- Collaboration : Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
Required Skills & Abilities
We’re looking for a self-driven, results-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well across teams. Experience in digital marketing, particularly in lead generation and branding, is essential. A solid understanding of marketing strategies in real estate is a plus.
