Job description BC Human Resources Business Partner

Soul Foods Group of Companies is a family-owned business, established in the UK and expanded into Canada, comprising three global brands, KFC, Starbucks, Burger King and Taco Bell, with a total of 380 restaurants and a growing team of over 7,500 employees.

We are currently looking for a dynamic Field HR Business Partner in the Lower Mainland area. Ideally, you are a commercially minded individual who can continue to build a culture of excellence, build capabilities and influence Operational leaders.

As the Field HR Business Partner , you will act as a trusted advisor to the Regional Operations Team across all aspects of HR, driving the HR agenda by : engaging and developing Above Restaurant Leaders, leading talent initiatives, driving organizational effectiveness, partnering with Operations Leaders to manage complex HR issues, and leading talent acquisition initiatives across the organization. This role will require travel across BC to support HR initiatives and partner with Operations Leaders across multiple restaurant locations.

Job Requirements

• Post Secondary education with an HR focus
• Minimum 3 years HR experience
• 2 years talent acquisition in a highly competitive industry
• Experience in multi-site restaurant / retail HR leadership a bonus
• Union experience considered an asset
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of employees
• Strong coaching skills that can achieve results through the team in a collaborative fashion, Strong influencing skills.
• Proven analytical ability
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player and able to work alone
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent planning and time management
• Geographically mobility and a full driving license essential.
