Job description
I'm Jérémy Dupeuble, Recruitment Consultant at FED ManuTech, specializing in technical and manufacturing roles. I'm reaching out with a strategic career opportunity within a renowned manufacturer of fire safety solutions.Your Role
- Lead manufacturing and assembly processes in a Lean production environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance output and quality.
- Plan production schedules and create clear work instructions.
- Identify and implement cost saving initiatives.
- Oversee new product introduction (NPI) with engineering, from design through assembly.
- Select and purchase production equipment.
- Address operational challenges with structured problem solving.
- Hire, train, and mentor production staff.
- Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards and all health and safety regulations.Your Profile
- University degree or college diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management.
- Significant experience in Lean manufacturing (Lean / Six Sigma certification is a plus).
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fully bilingual (French / English).
- Lives within reasonable commuting distance of Pointe-Claire.Working Conditions
- Day shift : 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m.
