• Develop and implement marketing strategies through social media accounts.
• Develop original content and initiate creative ways to attract more students.
• Increase social media traffic and engagement metrics of current students and prospect students or leads aligned with the marketing strategies of the college.
• Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
• Create original and engaging text, image, and video content with the coordination from the ABM College’s Marketing Team.
• Design social media posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new program offerings and attend events like Open House.
• Measure social media traffic of all the different channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the current trends in all social media platforms and utilize them to draw more leads and engagements.
• Facilitate online conversations with prospect students or leads and respond to queries.
• Report on online reviews and feedback from leads, current students, and alumni.
• Oversee social media accounts’ layout.
• Suggest new ways to attract more leads and engagements, like promotions and contests.
• Create monthly Social Media Calendar.

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Social Media Marketing, New Media, Digital Marketing, and other related fields.
• Proven work experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Expertise in multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Expertise with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
• Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Multitasking and analytical skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates that have previously worked in Higher Education.
