Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all financial functions of the organization, including financial reporting, tax, treasury, capital structure, and risk management.
• Collaborate with the senior executive team and manage the corporate budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Oversee reporting of financial information to stakeholders.
• Supervise the accounting team.
• Manage financial relationships with investors, investment institutions, and auditors.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the integrity of the accounting system and data inputs.
• Implement and monitor an adequate control environment.
• Utilize accounting software and demonstrate proficiency in multiple programs.
• Apply job costing skills.
• Be proficient with software and willing to learn new systems.
• Prioritize and manage competing tasks with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
