Marketbridge is seeking a Sr. Director, Media to lead our robust media practice and work alongside a team of passionate, talented team members focused on building best-in-class, brand-to-demand marketing campaigns for enterprise clients What you’ll be doing : The Senior Director, Media will spearhead the development and execution of B2B-focused media strategies that align with client goals and objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B media channels, vendors, and trends, paired with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation. You will lead a team of media professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated and impactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership : Develop and oversee comprehensive B2B media strategies for clients, leveraging your expertise in B2B media channels, vendors, and platforms. Partner with account, demand strategy, creative, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive, results-driven campaigns. Media Planning & Execution : Identify and evaluate key B2B media opportunities across digital, programmatic, trade publications, paid social, and other relevant platforms. Build strong relationships with B2B media vendors to negotiate contracts and secure optimal placements for client campaigns. Ensure media plans are optimized for performance and aligned with overall marketing objectives. Team Development & Leadership : Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing media team. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture, encouraging professional development and skills growth within the team. Analytics & Optimization : Monitor media campaign performance and leverage data insights to optimize strategies and deliver maximum ROI. Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the B2B media space to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Client Partnership : Act as a senior, trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic media recommendations and insights that align with their business objectives. Present plans, performance results, and optimization strategies to clients with clarity and confidence. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus. 10+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, and buying, with a strong focus on B2B. Demonstrated expertise in B2B media channels, including programmatic, trade publications, and account-based marketing (ABM) platforms including 6sense and Demandbase Proven experience negotiating with media vendors and managing multimillion-dollar media budgets. Strong analytical skills and experience with media performance tools and reporting platforms. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with competing priorities.
