Position Summary
Kindsight is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to spearhead go-to-market (GTM) strategies and drive revenue growth for our innovative product suite. In this pivotal role, you will develop compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the unique value of our solutions to target audiences, differentiating us from competitors. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Enablement, Sales, and Customer Success—you will ensure successful product launches and adoption. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will focus on executing strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and market needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies
Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for our CRM and constituent management portal, ensuring alignment with Kindsight's overarching product marketing objectives.
Develop clear and differentiated product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and highlight the unique benefits of Kindsight's solutions.
Orchestrate successful product launches by working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to develop impactful marketing materials, enablement assets, and adoption campaigns. Measure success through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, product usage, customer adoption rates, and sales pipeline impact, ensuring continuous optimization of launch strategies to drive business outcomes.
Produce high-quality sales collateral, including battle cards, pitch decks, FAQs, and product one-pagers to empower the sales team in effectively positioning and selling ascend and connect.
Work closely with the Revenue Enablement team to ensure reps have the knowledge and tools necessary to position and sell Kindsight’s products effectively.
Conduct thorough market research, analyze customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to inform product positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Serve as the customer advocate, ensuring product marketing efforts align with real-world needs and pain points.
Work with Product teams to develop and implement strategies that promote engagement, utilization, and satisfaction among users.
Contribute to the planning and execution of product marketing campaigns, webinars, and in-app messaging to drive awareness and engagement.
