Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Application Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a comparable role.
• We need the ability to travel to Kirkland, Dorval, and other locations in Montreals West Island.
• Experience with TMS platforms, especially Alvys, is considered an advantage.
• Experience with WMS platforms, especially Extensiv, is considered an advantage.
• Strong background in API integration, including REST, JSON, XML, OAuth, and webhooks, is required.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting EDI solutions is required.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases is required.
• Familiarity with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Git, Jira, or Azure DevOps is expected.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an asset.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL reporting tools is an asset.
• Experience writing scripts in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript is an asset.
• Experience in 3PL, transportation, supply chain, or freight forwarding is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are required.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment is required.
• A continuous improvement mindset focused on automation and operational excellence is required.
• English and French are preferred.
• Systems Analyst experience of 2 years is required.
• TMS experience of 1 year is preferred.
• WMS experience of 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• We maintain, administer, and optimize Alvys (TMS) and Extensiv (WMS).
• We automate operational workflows to improve warehouse and transportation efficiency.
• We monitor application health, KPIs, performance, and availability.
• We manage releases, upgrades, patches, and production deployments.
• We troubleshoot production issues and coordinate vendor support.
• We design, implement, and support REST APIs, webhooks, EDI, and data integrations.
• We configure and support EDI transactions such as 204, 214, 990, 850, and 856.
• We perform data mapping using JSON, XML, SQL, and relational databases.
• We integrate logistics platforms with ERP, finance, CRM, analytics, and cloud services.
• We ensure application security, auditability, access controls, and data integrity.
• We gather business needs and convert them into technical solutions.
• We prepare technical documentation, solution documentation, and user guides.
• We coordinate UAT, releases, and change management activities.
• We train end users and continuously improve business processes.

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Application Systems Analyst for our Kirkland, Quebec team in a full-time, permanent hybrid role. We work on core 3PL technology platforms and provide ownership of our Transportation Management System (Alvys) and Warehouse Management System (Extensiv), with a focus on reliability, automation, integrations, and process improvement. This role partners closely with operations, finance, executive leadership, customers, and technology vendors, and offers the chance to shape our technology strategy, lead API and EDI integration initiatives, and grow into more senior systems or solutions architecture roles.
