Job description
Our family, in Chemainus, British Columbia, is seeking a caring and reliable nanny to provide attentive care for our infant and toddler 2 days / week. Our third child is in kindergarten, so he would only be around a small portion of the day. This is a live-out position and we are offering part-time hours with a competitive hourly rate of $25. If you are dedicated, energetic, and committed to creating a safe and stimulating environment for our children, we invite you to message us.
As a nanny for our family, you will be responsible for engaging our toddler in age-appropriate activities, nurturing their development, and ensuring their daily needs are met, as well as assisting with the infant. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with infants and young children, possess strong communication skills, and be able to maintain a structured yet fun environment. My husband and I both work from home (me only part time), and my husband will be commuting to and from Vancouver on Tuesday and Thursday, so some extra help with the kids is needed!
