Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented, bilingual administrative assistant to the parts department looking to work in the West Island? Our client, a market leader in tool distribution is looking for someone to join their Dorval location.
We are looking for a detail-oriented meticulous individual with strong
organizational skills to join our a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

This consists of entering the orders in the accounting system, forwarding
the orders to the supplier, following up with the supplier for the proforma invoice to verify quantities and prices and expected receipt date.
Shipments are coordinated with the imports department for the differentsuppliers.
Must be meticulous in following up the orders with the various suppliers
Receiving of the po’s in the system
Follow up any discrepancies with the suppliers
Verification of various error reports
Inventory count / adjustments as required
Replace other staff in department as needed
Analysis of reports as required
Administrating online Parts store
Following up with the ecommerce departments
Return Goods Authorization / Machine Repair Tracking
