Our client, a renowned company, is currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join a great team of lawyers for a 18-month contract.

Located in Nun’s Island and steps away from a REM station, this employer offers a competitive salary, a full range of benefits including a flexible hybrid schedule combining remote and in-person work schedule.

YOUR ROLE :

As a Legal Assistant, you will support a legal team in a consulting firm. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Prepare and assist legal professionals in drafting and formatting documents and letters;
  • Manage the professionals' agenda;
  • Communicate with various parties involved in the files;
  • Track expenses and invoices;
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and travel logistics;
  • Review and update documents and correspondence.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Experience in a similar role as a Legal or Administrative Assistant in a professional consulting service company;
  • Good level of bilingualism, both written and spoken;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Good organizational and priority management skills;
  • Autonomy, rigour and attention to detail;
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple files at once.
