Our client, a renowned company, is currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join a great team of lawyers for a 18-month contract.

YOUR ROLE :
As a Legal Assistant, you will support a legal team in a consulting firm. Your responsibilities will include :
- Prepare and assist legal professionals in drafting and formatting documents and letters;
- Manage the professionals' agenda;
- Communicate with various parties involved in the files;
- Track expenses and invoices;
- Coordinate and organize meetings and travel logistics;
- Review and update documents and correspondence.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
Experience in a similar role as a Legal or Administrative Assistant in a professional consulting service company;Good level of bilingualism, both written and spoken;Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;Good organizational and priority management skills;Autonomy, rigour and attention to detail;Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple files at once.INTERESTED IN THIS CHALLENGE?
