POSITION AVAILABLE : Dental Administrator

POSITION VACANCY : New Position

We have an excellent training program in place and willing to train the right individual to help propel their career.

LOCATION :

• Applicant must be able to travel and work between the following locations :
• Brampton East (West of Woodbridge, ON) - 9985 McVean Drive, Brampton, ON
• Brampton West - 9497 Mississauga Rd, Brampton, ON

REQUIREMENTS :

3–5 years of experience in an administrative coordinator role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in dental software (Abledent and Orthotrack preferred).

Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.

A passion for delivering outstanding patient and team experiences.

Long-term commitment and a desire to grow with the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Great all patients with a friendly enthusiastic smile.

Conduct new patient interviews and phone calls.

Present and thoroughly discuss treatment plans.

Explain insurance benefits.

Present and discuss fees and make financial arrangements.

Billing and collecting monies.

Follow up with accounts.

Schedule patient appointments to meet daily and weekly practice goals, handle patient finances, maintains patient records, coordinates patient flow, correspond with government insurances.

Directly contribute to the success and profitability of the office through effective treatment coordinating, account follow-up, appointment scheduling, accounts collections and outstanding patient service.

Coordinate intra-office and inter-office schedules and appointments.
