DESCRIPTION

Under the direction of the Manager, IT Services, as a front-line member of the team, the incumbent is responsible for the support and delivery of IT services to the organization's internal clients. He / she ensures that equipment and software are kept operational and in good condition, ensures that FPInnovations technology related issues are resolved in a timely manner and maintains a secure computing environment.
