Senior Project Manager – Site-Based (Kawartha Region)
A well-established, award-winning developer / builder with over 40 years of success, recognized for delivering complex, high-quality communities and large-scale builds are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the on-site execution of a major, high-profile project in the Kawartha region.
This is an opportunity to live and work in the heart of the Kawarthas—true cottage country. The role is fully site-based, offering real ownership, autonomy, and day-to-day influence over how the project is delivered. The role
You’ll lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for schedule, budget, forecasting, and cost control. This is a hands-on, site-focused leadership role requiring close coordination with contractors, consultants, trades, and internal teams.
You’ll act as the primary on-site point of contact for stakeholders and authorities, ensure compliance, and maintain strong quality and safety standards. Day to day, you’ll run site meetings, manage risk, oversee change orders, RFIs, and progress draws, and keep execution disciplined, proactive, and aligned.

Compensation is competitive reflective of your experience (140K and up), supported by a steady pipeline of future work that offers long-term stability.
