Your days will include :

Routing invoices for approval and entering invoices

Creating sales invoices for company expenses

Reconciling visa, fuel, and other statements as assigned

Processing payments

Creating reports for various levels of management

Data entry from various information sources into different systems

Correspondence with external vendors and various internal parties and

respond to inquiries

Filing of related work documents

To succeed in this role, you must possess :

Basic training or experience using MS Office software

Experience with Great Plains would be an asset

Ability to work independently and attention to detail for greater accuracy

Good communication skills

Grade 12 education

3 years’ experience in a computerized office environment is an asset

Basic accounting knowledge would be an asset
