Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate service calls and maintenance schedules, optimizing daily routes for technicians using mapping software.
Handle urgent customer calls, ensuring prompt and effective service response.
Manage communications with field staff to track and adjust day-to-day activities.
Input repair and maintenance data into the system prepare work orders, and draft quotes and invoices.
Skills and qualifications :
Requirements :
Minimum one year of relevant experience in technical service or similar role.
Strong technical background with the ability to learn mechanical and industry-specific standards.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills in French, functional English preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and capability to learn new software.
