• Classroom teaching emphasizing student skill level, personality, knowledge difference to maximize their learning outcome by using your strategies, skills, teaching theories to mobilize student's motivation to study;
• Organizational teamwork in PYP curriculum, syllabus, assessment, school card report, unit plan meetings, school events;
• Outcome assessment in student class interaction, homework, school report, project completion, teamwork, challenge overcome, target attaining, etc.;

Teaching Planning for school / unit / student in learning out, assessment, remedy, enhancement, projected results
