The Executive Director / Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the highest-ranking executive in the organization and is responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, and management. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide visionary and strategic leadership to the organization.

- Oversee the organization’s operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Board of Directors, providing regular updates and seeking their input on strategic initiatives.
- Lead fundraising efforts and cultivate relationships with donors, stakeholders, and partners.
- Represent the organization at public events, in the media, and with government officials.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the organization’s budget and ensure financial health and sustainability.
