Batching Operator
Core Responsibilities :
- Safe handling practices. (Chemical for Equipment sanitation)
- Equipment Sanitation - CIP, SOP & Environmental
- Work with warehouse folks to ensure all ingredients are pulled correctly according to the recipe / specs / BOM’s
- Accurately follow receipts and ensure the process is implemented
- Carefully measuring and weighing out ingredients, mixing and recording information related to the batch.
- Receiving tankers of ingredients / pump into storage silos
- Operating batching equipment (Liquefier and batch tank)
- Ensuring SOP’s is followed properly before releasing the batch
- Reading temperature gauges
- Accurately Recording the ingredients, lot codes and expiry of the products.
- Maintain a clean processing area.
- Assist process operator to Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with equipment, devices and products
- Other duties as required.
Required Education and Experience
Pay : $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
