Job description

We are currently hiring a Forklift Operator for our clients in Markham ON.

Shift days : Monday to Friday.

Pay rate $19$20 / hr

Location Markham

Responsibilities :

  • Receiving and grading s metal based on company standards
  • Loading and Offloading RollOff Bins and Trailers
  • Unloads inbound shipments safely and moves product to storage locations.
  • Pulls and prepares products for shipment.
  • Ensures that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
  • Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.

Requirements :

  • Experience operating all Forklift Machines
  • Must have valid Forklift license.
  • Must be able to stand / walk for up to 1012 hours.
  • Must be able to lift and / or pull 50 lbs without restriction.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions
  • Regular bending lifting stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
  • Walking in the distribution center and around the area with great frequency.
  • Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels lighting conditions and temperature variation.
  • Have a positive attitude be dependable and reliable.
