We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the position of Cook's Helper. This role is vital in supporting our mission to create a safe and productive environment within our correctional complexes. Key Responsibilities : As a Cook's helper, you will assist in meal preparation, distribution, and short-order cooking, ensuring portion control and adherence to recipes. You will manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of groceries while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and equipment. You will train offenders in food service operations, safety protocols, and hygiene practices to enhance their employability.

Successful completion of three years of secondary school, or
An acceptable combination of education, training, and / or experience.
EXPERIENCE :
EX1 : Experience working in food services within a commercial or institutional setting, including meal preparation and distribution of short order cooking.
