Our client is searching for a Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate has construction project management experience working with a General Contractor and is process driven, with excellent communication
skills.
Your success will be defined by your ability to :
- Review scope of work reading and understanding bid documents, specifications and drawings
- Participate in creation and review of project proposals, drawings, RFI’s and contracts
- Assess and develop relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Create Project Plans
- Estimate internal resources and determine budgets (installation cost, schedule, etc.)
- Create and manage customer and vendor schedules
- Value engineer, identify risks and perform risk analysis
- Facilitate and coordinate delivery of products from vendors to the site
- Schedule and manage installation crews ensuring work meets the client’s standards of excellence
- Focus on quality, schedule, budget, communication, and change management
- Track and manage progress on site
- Consistent internal and external communication
- Documentation and management of change orders
- Creation and adherence of deficiency identification, correction and communication plans
- Creation and management of Schedule of Values ensuring prompt invoicing
- Delivery of closeout documents as identified in the project plan
