Junior Instructional Designer- Join Our Team

Are you passionate about creating engaging and instructive training experiences? As our Junior Instructional Designer, you’ll develop innovative and sustainable training modules that empower our Contact Centre and supporting business teams. Your expertise in eLearning design will help create content that resonates with learners, ensuring they gain the knowledge and skills needed to excel!

About You

You bring 1+ years of experience in eLearning design and development. You’re expert in using rapid eLearning authoring tools like Captivate, Articulate, and Flash. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously make you a key asset to the team. You’re also proactive in staying current with LMS trends and are ready to take on challenges with enthusiasm.
