WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The primary responsibility is to provide an assortment of beverages for patrons in the 1858 Ceaser Bar as well in dining rooms if required.

• Open and close the bar by completing any necessary prep work and closing duties to prepare the area for the following shift
  
• Process orders using the point-of-sale system in place
  
• Complete accurate inventory and ordering/maintaining par stocks and keeping bar maintained with stock at all times
  
• Check guest ID as mandated by the LLBO (any guest 25 and under must be carded)
  
• Act as a sales agent for and has the knowledge to prepare cocktails and pour draft. Understands food service
  

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

• Must be 18 years of age
  
• Must have Smart Serve Certificate
  
• Prior bartending experience considered an asset
  
• Excellent customer service and communication Skills
  
• Familiar with POS system considered an asset
