Salary: Up to $25.00 per hour based on experience, with a scheduled wage increase

This opportunity offers stable, full-time employment with a company known for delivering quality work through skilled tradespeople and a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and professionalism.What You'll Do

Assist with a variety of construction activities including trenching, concrete work, outdoor structure construction, painting, and general site labour
Support project completion by performing physical labour and material handling duties
Read and interpret basic construction drawings and plans
Safely operate hand and power tools as required
Perform basic inspections of equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project success
Demonstrate professionalism and respect when interacting with clients, coworkers, and contractors
Follow all workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations

What You'll Bring

1–5 years of construction or skilled labour experience
Basic knowledge of construction practices, tools, and equipment
