The ideal candidate will be responsible to manage a high end restaurant construction project :
Work closely with estimating and site supervision to ensure accuracy of budgets, schedules, and project execution
Monitor costs and time lines for projects to ensure successful completion
Work closely with project owners and internal leadership on a day to day basis
Negotiate trade contracts
Lead site meetings for projects within your management responsibility
All other duties as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following :
At least 2 to 3 years of experience working in a construction project management capacity with local market GC's
Direct experience overseeing full cycle restaurant project construction, consisting of fit outs, renovations, additions and ground up new builds; excellent knowledge of high end finishes and M&E is required
GSC, relevant education in engineering or construction management are assets
Strong leadership, management and software application abilities
Ability to establish and adhere to construction schedules
