Construction engineer Jobs in Kelowna, BC

The Superintendent is responsible for the management of all field and sitespecific construction activities including the Chandos Production System project design budget schedule performance subtrades and profitability of commercial construction projects. This person must be able to communicate effectively with the project manager and the client to stay abreast of all changes and requirements. The Superintendent is responsible for providing direction and leading Chandos staff in the field.

• Ensure site safety compliance with regulations and clear communication of roles.
• Support continuous improvement and quality management systems.
• Manage project activities budgets and subcontractor relationships.
• Oversee documentation including safety logs timesheets and purchase orders.
• Coordinate site logistics equipment and waste diversion efforts.
• Maintain client relationships and meet project specifications.
• Facilitate staff training and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
