Reporting to the Senior Call Center Manager, as the Inside Sales Representative Bilingual at Lifestyle Home Products, you are primarily responsible for actioning leads, nurturing relationships and setting appointments with potential clients. This role involves using various communication channels, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, and social media, to reach out to prospective customers, qualify leads and schedule appointments.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours a week Shifts - Evenings and Weekends Pay - $20 Hourly plus commission Position Overview Respond to inbound inquiries from homeowners Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and re-engage prospects Qualify potential customers based on project needs Schedule in-home appointments for outside sales representatives Accurately input and manage customer information in CRM Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets Provide a professional and positive customer experience on every call Qualifications Previous experience in inside sales, a call center, or appointment setting.
