Job description

Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, and supports the work of management, counsellors and doctors.

Qualifications:

  • Education/Certification:
    • High School Diploma required
    • Post-secondary education in office management is an asset
  • Experience:
    • Experience in office setting preferred
    • Background in mental health is an asset
  • Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
    • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy and confidentiality
    • Excellent keyboard skills
    • Proficient use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
    • Proficient use of computer, voice messaging systems, fax, photocopier, scanner
