Location : Various locations across Manitoba

The Research Analyst / Evaluator conducts research and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the organization s programs and initiatives. This role involves collecting and analyzing data preparing reports and making recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement research and evaluation plans.
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data through surveys interviews and focus groups.
  • Analyze data and identify trends outcomes and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Monitor and assess program performance against objectives.
  • Stay updated on best practices in research and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in social sciences statistics or a related field (Master s preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in research or program evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills.
  • Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g. SPSS Excel or Tableau).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
