System and Network Administrator N3

Are you a seasoned Level 3 IT Technician or Systems Administrator (MSP) ready to handle the most complex technical escalations and participate in challenging projects? A well-established Quebec company with 15 years of experience and a strong reputation in the managed services sector is looking to bring on a key technical expert for its infrastructure team.

Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be:

Diagnose and resolve the most complex infrastructure problems affecting our clients.

Master a wide range of technologies to ensure system stability, performance, and security.

Actively participate in virtualization, cloud migration (Microsoft 365, Azure), and infrastructure redesign projects.

Act as a proactive troubleshooter, take the initiative, and develop sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need the following technical knowledge:

DEC (College Diploma) in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Proficiency in the following technologies:
Virtualization & Servers: VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server
Security & Networking: Fortinet, Switching, Advanced Routing
Data & Cloud: VEEAM, SAN/NAS, Microsoft 365, Azure (a definite asset)
Solid background in complex infrastructure administration, ideally gained in a multi-client environment (MSP).
