CLASSIFICATION: Ticket seller/Guest Services/Receptionist

TOTAL REQUIRED: 2 (two) Part-time

PAY RATE: $18.71 As per Collective Agreement

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new programs and systems
Reliable, attentive, and capable of learning new skills while following instructions
Knowledge and experience handling cash, reconciling payments, and working with payment systems
Able to perform effectively in high-pressure, public-facing environments
Self-motivated and productive with or without direct supervision
Effective communicator with the ability to answer phones, write emails, and manage messages
Professional representation of Kimberley Alpine Resort at all times
Available to work weekends and holidays
Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
Interest in and knowledge of snow sports (skiing and/or snowboarding)
Flexible availability to meet operational needs
Experience using point-of-sale systems
