Advantages

Salary $55k-$59K plus quarterly bonus and Christmas bonus
3 weeks vacation , fully paid benefits and also pension plan - one hour lunch
Days flexible hours 8 hours office open between 8:00-6:00 , 8 hour days

Responsibilities
Exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with customers
Manage a large volume of incoming calls and emails
Input customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly
Provide product/service information and offer substitute products where appropriate
Support Outside Sales team with quotes, follow ups and special projects

Qualifications
Customer service experience in an industrial or technical environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in English and French is an asset Customer service experience in an industrial or technical environment.
Knowledge or experience with hydraulics and pneumatics - product catalogues
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
