Job Description

What you will be responsible for:

  • Receive, verify materials, and enter the necessary data into our systems
  • Organize and store items in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and categorization using equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual systems or a warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Receive requests at the counter while providing excellent service to our internal customers
  • Remove items from inventory, package them, and prepare orders for shipment according to sales and distribution schedules
  • Monitor inventory levels by performing manual counts
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, tidy, and safe
  • Participate in periodic audits and the production of inventory reports.

Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You have experience in a warehouse, inventory, mechanical or supply chain environment, preferably.
  • You have a high school diploma or a vocational diploma in a relevant field.
  • You have a good knowledge of inventory software and basic computer skills.
  • You are detail-oriented, thorough, and well-organized.
  • You are able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time.
  • You have good communication and teamwork skills.
  • You have a forklift certification (an asset but not required).
