Position Description

You will be in contact with established customers daily, no cold calling – this is not a call centre! You will be responsible for order taking, data entry and getting to know the ins and outs of the needs of the clientele. It is an excellent role, with a supportive management team, driven to support your own professional growth and success!
Experience
2 – 4 years of experience in customer service related to the chemical industry
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in both English and French
- A high commitment to service and problem-solving, with a proactive attitude
- Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products and familiarity with ERP systems
- Willingness to work in-office (this is not a remote opportunity)
Education
A degree or diploma in Science, or Business Administration considered an asset.
