You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email / chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Provide product / service information and recommendations.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide follow-up when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and service standards.
