A supervisor is required to manage a repair contract on Social Housing works.

Your new company

Working for a contractor on a freelance basis - potential role to go temporary - permanent. Working in the Social Housing Sector, supervising repair work.

Your new role

Working as a Contracts Supervisor, you will be managing over 15 operatives (multi) and contractors to ensure customers receive excellent service on repair work. This is a full-time role based within the Hounslow, Richmond, Teddington and Twickenham areas.

Successful candidate duties will include :

Scheduling work across the day and week for multi-skilled operatives.
Analyse and report on works
Monitor the performance of the jobs e.g. how many attended.
Ordering of materials
Carrying out regular visits and inspections of works
Investigate and resolve customer complaints

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in social housing sector as a Supervisor or a Manager (Reactive Maintenance)

Managing a number of operatives and different skills / trades

Be able to pass a Basic DBS

Driving Licence (up to 6 points allowed)

SSSTS or SMSTS

First Aid

Good communication skills with customers and team

Experience of managing a budget

What you'll get in return

This is a contract role, Monday–Friday, 40 hours a week. It potentially may go permanent in April 2025.

Good rate of pay.
