Hours of Work : Rotating shifts between Days (9am-5pm) and Evenings (1pm-9pm) and working one in every 5 weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 10am-6pm)

This opportunity is with our Good Shepherd - Welkom House, HOMES Program.
How You Will Make an Impact
In this role, you will work to make a difference in the lives of tenants living at Welkom House.
- Provide tenants with primary case management and community resources
- Services to tenants include assessment & planning
- Provide crisis prevention and intervention and supportive counseling
- Demonstrate commitment to the Good Shepherd mission values of Hospitality, Responsibility, Availability, Adaptability, Quality and Dignity
- Observe all health and safety rules and work in compliance with the provisions of the occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations
