The Community Manager will play a key rolein managing and optimizing operations within the residential community. Thisposition involves managing daily interactions with residents, overseeingservices and communications, and ensuring the quality and consistency ofinformation exchanged.
Requirements
Brigil is currently looking for a CommunityManager in the Ottawa area under the supervision of the ApogéeRegional Director.
The main responsibility of the CommunityManager is to see to the complete management of the building under his / herresponsibility, in particular :
- Responsibility for creating,maintaining and promoting a pleasant living environment that meets the highstandards of the Apogée division;
- Contribute to the leasing ofunits and the renewal of tenants' leases;
- Responsibility for managing thecoordinators / rental agents (assistant) as well as any other employees orsubcontractors in the project (Security; housekeeping, etc.);
- Financial management andcontrol of expenses;
- The candidate must live in aunit in the project under his / her management (reduced rent);
- Full-time in-person (5days / week) work schedule, including weekends according to operational needs.
