We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team in Hamilton, Canada. This position involves managing internal and external communications to ensure that our messages are clear, consistent, and effective. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing communication strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and supporting team members in all communication-related matters.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote company objectives and maintain brand consistency.
- Write, edit, and proofread internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and company announcements.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all communication materials are accurate and timely.
- Manage the distribution of information across various platforms (internal newsletters, email updates, and more).
- Assist in organizing events, conferences, and presentations to represent the company.
- Monitor and analyze communication efforts to ensure effectiveness and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, clients, and media outlets.
