Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate effective communication strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Draft and edit internal communications, newsletters, and corporate documents.
  • Organize and support communication initiatives, including events, workshops, and meetings.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all communications to align with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in crisis communication planning and execution.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a communications or coordination role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
  • Familiarity with event planning and coordination is a plus.
