Job description

Are you a Communications Specialist looking for a new opportunity?

Are you looking for a new contract opportunity?

We are pleased to offer you a new contract opportunity for you to consider : Communications Specialist

Start : ASAP
Estimated length : 12 months
Location : Toronto
Hybrid role- onsite twice a week.

Advantages

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans and produce content for various Specialized Services business initiatives, e.g., sales campaigns, conferences, program, and technology launches.

Act as the communications lead with project teams, providing strategic counsel and sound communications advice and regularly advising partners of communication strategy status.

Work with communication colleagues across Wealth to identify efficiencies and build these into business-specific content for employee communications.

Draft and edit a variety of content, including remarks and scripts for senior leaders, newsletters, business updates, PowerPoint presentations, and thought leadership.

Oversight of BAU or regular communication vehicles, such as newsletters, where applicable.

Contribute to executive communications development as required.

Contribute to the development of standards for content : look & feel, tone, focus, audience relevance, etc.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE :

Related communications experience

MS Office Suite

Management experience

Experience writing, editing, proofing communications.

Strong presentation skills.

NICE TO HAVE :

Experience working with Senior Management and Executives

Change management experience.

Wealth experience

Bilingual - French and English

Mutual fund or asset management experience
