Clintar Landscape Management is growing, and we are looking for an experienced B2B Sales & Business Development Representative to join our team.


We are a full-service commercial landscaping, landscape construction, maintenance, and snow & ice management company serving businesses and commercial properties throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas.


We are looking for someone who is driven, professional, organized, and confident in developing relationships with commercial decision-makers.


What You'll Do


As our B2B Sales & Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing new commercial business while building strong relationships with existing clients.


Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new commercial accounts and business opportunities
• Cold calling, prospecting, networking, and lead generation
• Building relationships with property managers, facility managers, commercial property owners, developers, and contractors
• Conducting commercial property site visits
• Identifying client needs and developing service solutions
• Preparing and presenting professional proposals
• Following up on quotes and closing new business
• Managing the sales pipeline and maintaining accurate sales records
• Developing long-term relationships with existing commercial clients
• Identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts
• Participating in pre-season snow and landscape site walks
• Working closely with Operations and Estimating to ensure contracts can be delivered successfully
• Participating in client meetings and service reviews
• Maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the year

What We're Looking For


The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous B2B sales or business development experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proven ability to generate new business
• Confidence dealing with commercial decision-makers
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• A professional and positive attitude
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
• A valid driver's licence
• Experience in landscaping, construction, snow removal, property management, or facilities management is an asset
