Robert Half is partnered with a leading organization in the manufacturing industry who is looking to hire a Collections Specialist to join their collaborative team.. This is a full time permanent position located in the Woodbridge, ON area. Reporting to the Credit Manager, the Collections Specialist will be responsible for;
Responsibilities
- Outbound collection calls on past due balances to decrease outstanding receivables
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Liaise with internal departments such as sales team to resolve customer disputes
- Negotiate payments and recommend customers go to collections when needed
- Prepare and update AR ageing reports and other reports such as DSO
