Job descriptionProvide evidenced-based, culturally responsive and trauma-informed counselling to populations you are specialized and interested in working with Integrate DiveThru app features Attend team meetings, case consultations and professional development sessions Commitment to DiveThru’s clinical values : providing person-centred care, demonstrating cultural sensitivity, adopting a feedback-informed approach, and showing compassion and empathy in your interactions Clinical training in evidence based approaches Excellent oral and communication skills Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education Experience providing individual therapy to children, teens and / or adults Registration and in good standing with the Alberta College of Social Workers Professional liability insurance, including cyber liability Completed a Masters or Doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or School and Clinical Child Psychology, or Social Work with a clinical focus Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics See a minimum of 15 clients a week in-person AND virtually Apply With a Custom Cover Letter Answering The Following Questions : Are you a dog or a cat person? Why are you interested in joining DiveThru? What populations are you interested in counselling and what is your approach to counselling? Are you looking for full (20-25 clients per week) or part time (15 clients per week)? We are open 8am-9pm Sunday to Thursday, 8am-2pm Fridays and Saturdays. Does this structure work for you? We’re looking for Registered Social Workers (with MSW and a clinical designation) to join our Edmonton Central DiveThru Crew!
