Our midstream energy client is hiring an Intermediate Organizational Change Manager to execute the change strategy for the integration of multiple legacy ERP's to SAP

Must Have :

6+ years experience as an Organizational Change Manager
PROSCI Change Management Certification, CCMP Designation
Experience working on a large scale SAP implementation
Degree related to Communications, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology

Nice to Have :

Experience working in an Agile project environment
